Saiham
jute mills is located in the company owned industrial
zone of saiham nagar, hobiganj, bangladesh. The jute
mill went into commercial production in 2004. About
1000 workers are employed in the factory. It is a 100%
export oriented mill. |

This
factory is divided in two units under 40,000 sq
ft factory space. There are 40 frames with ample
capacity in the carding , drawing and finishing
section to produce quality carpet backing yarns.
The daily production capacity is about 30 m tons.
We have capacity of buying and storing more than
8000 mt of raw jute in our factory warehouse.
We specialize in manufacturing and exporting of
jute yarns in crt, crm, cb quality. Ranging from
8 lbs to 48 lbs in single and double ply. We put
strict conformity in quality and production process
to entertain the clients product demand.

Saiham
jute mills employs european, indian and chinese consultants
to look after the jute yarn quality and machine maintenance.
To manufacture quality yarns the management uses lean
manufacturing methods, statistical process control,
total preventive maintenance and statistical quality
control in their factory production line. This helps
to maintain the high class quality that are demanded
by various customers.
The jute mill is also equipped with a weaving unit consisting
of 125 looms for manufacturing hessians/ jute cloths
in rolls or in pieces according customer requirement.
Bulk packaging sacking bags are available in non treated
and hydrocarbon free methods.

This enterprise
is also involved in exporting raw jute according to
the demand of customers.
The jute products are exported mostly to various european
countries, egypt, iran, jordan turkey, china, taiwan,
south korea, malaysia and india. The jute yarns are
used in carpet industry, furniture industry and jute
weaving industry.
