In 1995 the group established their second modern Yarn Spinning Factory with New Chinese and Japanese Machinery. This unit has 35,000 spindles with yearly capacity of 10 million pounds of yarns per year. It is the largest spinning mill of the group. Cotton and polyester yarns produced from this mill are sold in domestic and export market. Due to growing demand from the customers the management of this industrial unit is planning to increase the capacity of the factory.

   
To manufacture quality yarns the management uses lean manufacturing methods, statistical process control, total preventive maintenance and statistical quality control in their factory production line. This helps to maintain the high class quality that are demanded by various customers.
